KHA ARCHITECTURE Kevin Haub, AIA Welcome to our website.  KHA Architecture has been providing a full array of architectural services since 1990.  Our founder, Kevin M. Haub, AIA, brings more than 28 years of architectural experience to our firm.  His area of expertise ranges from custom residences, tract housing developments, retail shops and restaurants, medical & dental offices, commercial warehouse buildings, theaters, banks, auto dealerships and various tenant improvements and interior design.

Architectural Services

KHA Architecture is a full service architectural firm. Our architectural studio is located in the Valencia Commerce Center, in the prestigious City of Santa Clarita.  We serve clients from all over the Southern California area.

We utilize state of the art computers and CAD software for crisp, clean design presentations and acurate construction documents.

Design / Build Services

KHA has successfully provided Design/Build services for many of our projects. We are very strong in the technical aspects of our profession, and we are a Licensed California General Contractor, as well as a California Licensed Architect.

We have successfully completed the construction of several retail store locations for fashion designer, Betsy Johnson, in areas such as Atlanta, Honolulu, Toronto, San Diego, Sherman Oaks, San Francisco, Denver, San Antonio and Georgetown D.C.
